Digital Project Coordinator

This could be a full or part time role. Hybrid workplace with office in Richmond.

Key responsibilities

Digitial Project Coordinators work closely with clients and the delivery team (CRM Consultants and Developers) to support generating new business, deliver strategic digital solutions and ensure the team have what they need to succeed. You will be leading a team and be responsible for delivering work that meets agreed outcomes and criteria. We want somebody who is creative and very capable at running multi-faceted projects.

Essential skills & experience

  • At least 3 years project management or producer experience in a digital agency or client-side (role needs to be digital related)
  • Good planning and problem solving skills with product management and delivery teams
  • Functional and technical requirements gathering, analysis and scope documentation
  • Experience in and knowledge of implementing CRM software and marketing automation (e.g. Zoho CRM, MailChimp, Hubspot)
  • System architecture, business process analysis and workflow (concepts rather than coding)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
