With experience across a number of industries, including fashion, retail, hospitality and events, Kylie understands what your business needs to achieve your goals. She also understands that you need guidance to choose, implement and train your people successfully, which is why she started Squirrel Business Hub.

Away from the office, Kylie likes to unwind in the yoga studio or while walking her dog Oscar on the beach.

Suze is a highly capable project manager and administrator. She oversees our operations with a passion for problem-solving and creating order, always striving to gain a clear understanding of an issue before finding the most efficient route to the solution.

Having spent more than 15 years in business administration, across startups to mid-sized companies, and with extensive experience in sales and marketing, Suze understands the crucial role that CRM systems play in improving efficiency and supporting growth. Driven by a desire to enable businesses to reach their full potential, she employs her unique combination of energy and calm to ensure that operations run smoothly and our clients receive all the support they need to achieve their goals.

Suze unwinds by exercising, hanging out with friends and baking up a storm in the kitchen.

Michael Toogood

Head of Development

Michael Toogood

Michael scopes and develops third-party integrations to help our clients get their business systems working together. He is highly experienced in all aspects of web development and adept in the use of PHP/MySQL, XHTML/CSS and Javascript/AJAXH.

With 15 years’ experience in IT roles including support and app development, and having worked for Australian and international clients in industries such as finance, he has a clear understanding of our clients’ business requirements and how to meet them.

To relax, Michael likes to escape into the outdoors, where he enjoys camping and hiking.

Bryce Robertson

Software Developer

Bryce Robertson

A key part of Squirrel’s integration team, Bryce develops software for automating our clients’ CRM processes and getting their business systems working together seamlessly. He attends consultations in order to gain a full understanding of client requirements and offer a developer’s perspective on what’s possible and how we can achieve the best outcome for their business.

Bryce is proficient in C, Java, Python and JavaScript, as well as Linux (Ubuntu/Mint), git, NodeJS, OpenMP, OpenMPI, Android Studio and SQL Workbench, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Software Systems from the University of Melbourne.

A quick study, critical thinker and self-confessed perfectionist when it comes to problem-solving, Bryce loves understanding how things work and how they can be made better. Perhaps not surprisingly, he enjoys tinkering with new and old computers and technology in his spare time. He is also an avid supporter of the Hawthorn football club.

Jonathan Young

Jonathan Young

Jonathan is a full stack application developer who works closely with clients to distill their requirements into intuitive, timesaving tools. His proficiency in back and front end technologies allows him to iterate quickly with clients and he takes particular pleasure in delivering solutions that are not only lean and efficient, but also provide a great user experience.

He has a penchant for simplicity in software and UX design as he understands that overwrought solutions are costly, difficult to use and an impediment to your business’ success.

When out of office Jonathan is a hobbyist music producer and would-be swimmer.

Ben is the Squirrel to call when it comes to any burning IT questions or various other CRM head scratchers you encounter. Putting his long-term interest and traineeship in IT to good use, Ben supports the Squirrel team and clients by assisting in software implementation and ongoing support.

Ben’s nature is innately curious, and he is particularly refreshed by the sheer variety of his work. He relishes the abundant hands-on learning opportunities he encounters in service of finding straightforward and practical solutions for our clients. Like the rest of the team, he’s committed to working with clients to unlock and maximise the benefits of our expertise and Zoho CRM software.

In his spare time Ben loves game nights with his friends and is an avid reader, particularly enjoying the sci-fi fantasy genre.

Lesley Raymer

Lesley Raymer

Lesley is our team data analyst who works closely with clients to help them understand their data better. With a background in major events and ticketing operations she has built a reputation as being a process fixer and is results driven with strong business acumen. Through her work she has been able to focus on data management, business process optimisation, and providing business intelligence to facilitate data-driven decision making. Her communication skills and approachable manner have enabled her to work effectively with a wide range of business stakeholders. 

Lesley is proficient in SQL, Python, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau. 

In her spare time Lesley enjoys riding her bike, hiking, and hanging out with her friends and family. 

Catherine Smith

Catherine Smith

A fundamental keystone to the Squirrel team, Catherine works with our clients from the very beginning of their journey with us to understand their needs, and to overcome process obstacles to realise their business potential. Primarily, her role is to determine how clients can unlock the full benefits of customised CRM software and workflow automation.
Catherine has over 15 years of in-house project management experience supervising the build of CRM systems and websites. This extensive technical know-how coupled with her patient, systematic approach, mean she is well equipped to translate business goals into tangible solutions.

She is most fulfilled when identifying solutions which will minimise a business’s growing pains and costs. She’s also passionate about working with our clients to overcome IT hesitancy, empowering them with knowledge, ongoing training and support.
To unwind, Catherine loves to spend down-time with her family, listen to music and enjoy long serene lunches in regional Victoria.
